Home Use – All products are warranted for a two-year period from date of purchase. *
Gym or Institutional Use – All products are warranted for a one-year period from date of purchase. *
All freight/shipping charges associated with a warranty claim(s) shipping outside the contiguous United States of America are the claimants' responsibility.
IF THE D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER OR OTHER RESELLER OF D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT, YOU SHOULD FIRST CONTACT THAT RETAILER/RESELLER TO ASK ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY. IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE WARRANTY CLAIMS RETURN POLICY OF YOUR RETAILER/RESELLER, YOU SHOULD RETURN YOUR D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT TO THEM. IF YOU ARE NO LONGER COVERED BY THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY OF THAT RETAILER/RESELLER, PLEASE CONTACT D-BALL BY MONDO AT www.d-ball.com
Please contact customer service by phone (USA toll Free 1-888-607-4790, direct dial & international +1-740-376-9396) or use one of the options on our warranty page to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) for you to use in the return process.
You will be asked the reason of your claim and you will need to provide your original order number and payment information. Accordingly, please have this information readily available. D-Ball by Mondo will verify that your claim is being made during the applicable warranty period. Once your order has been verified, you will receive an e-mail which will include your RMA number as well as instructions for the return. In no event will D-Ball by Mondo accept shipment that is sent C.O.D.
Please note that D-Ball by Mondo cannot accept warranted D-Ball by Mondo products in packages without an RMA number. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your returned D-Ball by Mondo Product.
RETURNING A D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WAIVES ALL OF D-BALL BY MONDO’S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE RETURN POLICY, EVEN IF PROOF OF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE, DUE TO OUR INABILITY TO MATCH YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE RETURNED D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT–SO, IF YOU SEND US A PACKAGE WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE BOTH THE D-BALL BY MONDO PRODUCT(S) IN THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTY YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED UNDER THE WARRANTY POLICY.
*For ALL Warranties – Warranty covers any manufacturing defect. Warranty maybe voided for any product which has been damaged due to neglect or faulty use, alterations or handling by user. Normal wear and tear is not covered. All determinations are at the discretion of Mondo Polymer Technologies, Inc.
